Description
Against the backdrop of a semester-long simulated transaction, students will conduct due diligence, draft and respond to client communications, and analyze, draft, revise, and negotiate a purchase agreement and other ancillary documents typical of a business acquisition. The course will focus on hands-on work and will include interim graded written assignments during the course of the semester.
